Athena’s Circle is for those seeking an ongoing practice to explore, expand, and develop their mindfulness and meditation journey. Athena’s circle will include mindfulness and meditation as well as sharing and dialogue. This is a place to share about your own practice and hear about others’ discoveries. This is a small group practice to encourage a sense of safety and nurturing.
There will be a new topic presented for each of the 6 sessions.
Each participant will have access to a private Facebook group for ongoing discussion, reminders, audios, and exercises/tools to try between sessions.
