May is full of ongoing practice sessions, workshops and even a half day mindfulness experience!

Saturday May 2nd, 12-4pm: Spring Into Mindfulness: Half Day Mindfulness Experience. Registration open through May 1, 11:59pm, Register here.

Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm: “My Time” mindfulness and relaxation, Practice Session. No registration needed – Donation Class. At Yoga For Every Body (2223 East 35th Street, Minneapolis)

Monday May 4th, 6:30-7:30pm: Peaceful Way, Practice Session. Register here. Details on location will be emailed after registration is complete.

Tuesday May 12th, 7:00-8:00pm: Mindful Living, Practice Session. Register here. Details on location will be emailed after registration is complete.

Monday May 18th, 6:30-7:30pm: Inner Wisdom, Practice Session. Register here.  Details on location will be emailed after registration is complete.
