Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending a training related to helping folks with trauma pasts and PTSD heal and recover (presented by Eric Gentry, Ph.D., LMHC, CAC and Robert Rhoton, PSYD, LPC, D.A.A.E.T.S.).
Turns out, the Mindfulness (especially of the body) is exactly what is called for for these folks.
How absolutely amazing to know that the path to recovery and healing, regardless of how long ago or how severe the trama was, is directly related to your own inherent capabilities that already exist within you!
