Take this small slice of time just for you.

This weekly practice is perfect for self-care, mid-week reset, or an addition to any other ongoing practice.

You can expect a very brief intro, Mindful movement (think gentle stretching and releasing), and Mindful meditation.

Each week will have a different intention (i.e., cultivating inner strength, self-compassion, gratitude).

Quiet Time – Guided Practice for Calming & Relaxing

 

Twice Monthly – 1st Friday, 3rd Sunday, 7-8:30pm CT (*See calendar for specific dates)

Drop-In. Virtual (zoom link below). Dana (donation/karmic exchange of energy).

Release Stress, Restore Inner Peace, Replenish Resilience.

60 minutes of guided practice including meditation, gentle movement, a relaxation practice. 30minutes of optional yoga nidra follows.

Though this practice is designed for helpers and healers, all are need of and can benefit from this practice. So please know, all are welcome and appreciated!
All experience levels are welcome.

What to expect
We’ll start with grounding and centering, followed by gentle movement (think calming postures, flowy and mindful movement), and a guided meditation and relaxation practice.

The last 30min I will lead a Yoga Nidra (“sleep of the yogi”). This practice is the ultimate in whole body, mind, and heart/spirit restoration. You get to lay back, relax, and receive the practice.

*If you’d like to opt out of yoga nidra, no problem. We’ll arrange to wrap up your practice in a good spot before you dip out.
*If you’d like to just join for yoga nidra, no problem. Join in just before 8:00pm and I’ll let you in from the zoom “waiting room.”

I may incorporate quotes, mantras (chants for well-being), and mudras (hand positions) to enhance the practice.

4 Pack Practices Sessions

A pack of 4 practice sessions with a theme.

Attendance is limited to those who register.

Each practice will include meditation, movement, and other elements (i.e., mantra, mudra, singing bowl) to enhance practices to awaken peace in your heart.

All experience levels (including first timers!) very welcome!

Location: Zoom (so you can join wherever you are!)

Pricing: $37 (for all 4 practice sessions)

* Plus only $25 for the Half Day practice session that follows ($37 full price)

Half Day Resets

Half Day Resets are structured half day (4 hours) practices that include guided and silent meditation, body scan, mantra/chanting, walking meditation, mindful snack, mindful yoga (think gentle stretching), and time for journaling/self-reflection.

Mindfulness Session by Kathleen:
We’ll use Mindfulness to go inward, connect to inner peace and calm. We’ll start with some light movement (for every body!), have time for meditation (guided and silent), and end with some relaxation.

Followed by a Social Hour at the brewery.
