This is a monthly group practice session, usually 2nd Sundays of the month 9-11am.
Each month we’ll focus on one foundation or attitude of Mindfulness.
We’ll explore each topic through discussion, meditation, movement, mudras, mantras and more.
With the information and tools covered in the session, you’ll have all you need to intentionally cultivate the attitude/foundation and deepen your practice of Mindful living.
