I have been privileged to participate in two different One Moment Center events: a daylong retreat at the Minnesota Arboretum and one weekend-long retreat at Breezy Point Resort in Brainerd, MN. Both have been wonderful. The days were well planned with a mix of lectures, mindfulness practice, time for personal reflection and discussions about incorporating mindfulness into daily life. The venues Kathleen selected were in beautiful locations with amazing amenities. This made it easy for me to feel comfortable, relaxed, and able to focus on the topic or discussion. 

I really value how personal the experiences have been. Though Kathleen is an expert in the field, she welcomes input from attendees and has a kind-hearted sense of humor that helps people feel comfortable sharing their experiences.  I also really enjoyed getting to know some other people on a more personal level than I would during normal day-to-day life.  I would highly recommend her retreats for anyone who is looking to get away from day-to-day stress and frustrations and make a deeper connection with themselves and others that lasts long after the retreat is over. ” -KG
